Shipping Policy
All orders ship via UPS. Additional shipping charges may apply to orders shipped to Hawaii and Alaska. Canadian orders will be slightly extra.
Once you've placed your order, we will send you an order confirmation email letting you know that your order has been received and is being processed. As soon as your order is shipped, we will send you another email confirmation notifying you that your order is on its way, and provide you with the shipping company's tracking number.

To receive a refund, we must first try to resolve any concerns of yours through in depth communication. No returns will be accepted unless we issue a Return Authorization number first..* Upon receipt of an authorized return, we will issue a refund to your credit card for the original purchase minus any and all shipping charges.
